About RS development
RS development s.r.o. (Ltd) was established in 2003. We are a genuine Czech
developer company based on long term professional building experience of the
founders. We create the residential project for the middle and higher market
segment. Than we strive to create smaller communities of owners legally joined
in association of apartment owners.
The completed residential units are then sold to the end user ownership. Through
the largest banks we arrange the mortgages and other financial support for our
clients. After a project has been completed and sold, we remain as the property
manager.
We know how to work
We carefully consider the first step – area selection and the new development location. During the construction itself we stress the work quality and timing.
An independent construction supervisor always monitors each building site. We bear the responsibility for the project designing, preparation, erection, marketing and sales to the end user. The warranty period is of 36 month minimum. The acquisition of properties and land is covered by our own financial sources and the construction by bank loans for which the acquisitions are our guarantee.
We aim towards minimum time and financial load imposed on investments. Our strongest financial partners Česká spořitelna a.s. and Komerční banka a.s. in whose cooperation we realize most of our projects. This way of investment provides our clients with maximum security. RS development s.r.o. has initially covered all costs and expenses and the clients´ deposits are put in a bank blocked account.
