The company was established because of significant lack and needs for health care beds for seniors and and providing care of high quality. We would like to contribute to solve a problem with a dramatic lack of room and services in facilities for seniors and at the same time the lack of care services. In our wide concept we are going to provide wide range of additional services tailored to needs of seniors to make their every day life better.
Founders of the company are Czech and Austrian partners. The Czech partner RS development comes with long experience with development, property management, and knowledge of Czech law. The Austrian partner Senecura (SeneVita is Swiss) is a leader in the Austrian and Swiss market which deals with and provides social services and senior residences.They have been successfully running more then 60 senior residences. Within these facilities they deal with problematics of seniors who suffer from dementia or Alzheimer´s di­sease. Their servises are on a top level, which could be proven by numerus awards.
By Connecting these two companies together and establishing Senior holding helped to develop a highly functional complex which enables not only economic build-up and operation but mainly a care of high quality provided with honor, dignity and empathy and all that tailored to needs of our seniors.
